Help, Healing and Holding the Healers

We spend our days listening for the "unsaid," holding space for trauma, and navigating the complexities of human connection. It’s a profound privilege, but it’s also heavy. We know better than anyone that you can’t pour from an empty cup—yet we’re often the last ones to give ourselves permission to be the one in the other chair.

This is a quiet, confidential space for you to finally take off the "therapist hat." You don’t have to be the expert here. You don’t have to have it all figured out just because you have the credentials.

In this space, we can explore:

  • The weight of the work: Processing the cases that stay with you and the "secondary" weight we carry for our clients.

  • Finding yourself again: Remembering who you are outside of your license, your practice, and the needs of everyone else.

  • The "Therapist Perfectionism": Giving yourself grace when your own life, relationships, or parenting feels messy.

  • Navigating the field as "us": Whether it's the unique experience of being a queer clinician, a neurodivergent therapist, or a parent balancing it all.

Some things you might be feeling:

  • “I love my work, but I feel like I’m running on fumes.”

  • “I’m teaching my clients about boundaries, but I’m struggling to hold my own.”

  • “My own history is showing up in the room, and I need a safe place to process it.”

  • “I just need one hour a week where I don’t have to be the most 'together' person in the room.”

You know the importance of the therapeutic bond. You deserve that same care, witness, and support. If you’re feeling ready to be heard, I’d be honored to hold that space for you.
