ABOUT ME

My Philosophy

I believe that we are all products of our stories—the families we grew up in, the identities we carry, and the ways our brains are uniquely wired. Sometimes, those stories leave us feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of conflict.

My goal is to help you rewrite those patterns. Whether I am working with a couple in the heat of a high-conflict moment or an individual navigating a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, my approach is always the same: compassionate, systemic, and deeply affirming. You don’t have to "mask" or hide parts of yourself here. Your whole self—your gender, your neurotype, and your history—is welcome.

Beyond the Therapy Room

When I’m not in the therapist’s chair, I’m usually leaning into the beautiful, loud chaos of my life as a queer-identified woman and a mom of three. My

I’m a total Peloton junkie and an avid runner—movement is my "reset" button and how I find my own headspace. When I’m slowing things down, you’ll likely find me with a crochet hook in my hand or diving into a new arts and crafts project.

MY CLINICAL APPROACH

  • Relationship-Focused

I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples move from criticism and defensiveness into a space of secure attachment and friendship.

  • Systemic & Rooted

Using Family Systems and Attachment Theory, we look at how your family of origin influences your current relationships, helping you break generational cycles.

  • Trauma-Informed & Inclusive

My practice is a dedicated safe space for the LGBTQ+ community. I understand that identity isn't just a "topic"—it's the lens through which you experience the world.
